- FINCEN BOI Reporting $75 initial report; $45 renewal
- Notary $25 + $10 for each additional signature over 2; Mobile Notary starts at $40
- Car Title Transfers starting at $40
- Legal Document Preparation – Contracts, Deed, Donation, Power-of-Attorney, Will, Affidavit, etc. starting at $300
- Property Ownership Research $60/hour

Billing:
Pricing is subject to change and can be adjusted to meet your unique needs. We work with all clients to meet their tax and accounting needs at a price they can afford.
We require 50% of the fee prior to beginning any work and the balance paid before final review. Fees are determined and agreed upon once ALL information is received and prior to beginning any work.
