Personal Federal & State Income Tax Preparation

  • Basic 1040 return - starting at $100 - W2 income, no dependents, includes cost of e-filing
  • 1040 Return - starting at $150- includes basic return along with schedules for additional credits, dependents, itemized deductions, etc., includes cost of e-filing
  • Additional schedules/worksheets and PPP/EIDL/Stimulus work will be an additional charge
  • Pay-by-Refund (check or prepaid debit card) is available to pay your tax invoice out of your refund for an additional charge

AMENDED Personal Federal & State Income Tax Preparation

  • Starting at $175 per filing
  • Additional schedules/worksheets and PPP/EIDL work will be an additional charge

Hourly Services

  • Consultation (existing client) $60 per hour; Consultation (new client) $100
  • IRS Resolution & Audit Support $60 per hour
  • Federal or State Correspondence $60 per hour
  • General Research/Bookkeeping $60 per hour

The Process

We work with clients in-office or we can work completely virtual through e-mail and our secure online portal.  There is a locked mailbox at the North Bossier office to quickly drop off items without making an appointment.  Contact us via e-mail, messenger, or phone 318-425-1858 or click HERE to schedule an appointment.

Personal Tax Returns typically have a 1 week turnaround time.

Billing:

Pricing is subject to change and can be adjusted to meet individual client’s unique needs.  We work with all clients to meet their tax and accounting needs at a price they can afford. 

Tax Return Billing:

          The charge for preparation of your tax return will be a flat fee based on the complexity of the tax return and will include federal return and one state. If you would like an estimate of your specific tax preparation fees, please contact us.  For new clients and other clients not billed monthly, half of your estimated fee is due up front for us to start on your return and the other half is due before filing.  Final copy and e-filing will not be provided until balance is paid. Pay-by-Refund is available for an extra charge.
