New Business Set Up
- Articles of Organization or Incorporation: $125 (does not include State Fee)
- DBA/Trade Name: $100 (does not include State Fee)
- Tax Identification Number: $50
- Operating Agreement (for Partnerships/Multiple Owners) starts at $200
Monthly Bookkeeping Services:
- Business Annual Report renewal $50 (includes State Fee for Louisiana – other States could be more)
- Business Secretary of State changes – Change name, owners, agent, etc. $50 (Does not include State Fee)
- Notary $20 and $10 for each additional signature over 2
- Car Title Transfers starting at $30
- Legal Document Preparation – Contracts, Deeds Donation, Power-of-Attorney, Wills, Affidavit, etc. starting at $200
- Property Ownership Research $50/hour
The Process
I work with clients by taking appointments to drop off documents or we can work completely virtual through e-mail or online portal. I also offer my locked mailbox at my North Bossier office as a way to quickly drop off items without making an appointment. Contact me via e-mail, messenger, or phone for an appointment. Legal Services / Document Preparation typically has a 1 week turnaround time.
Billing:
Pricing is subject to change and can be adjusted to meet individual client’s unique needs. I work with all clients to meet their tax and accounting needs at a price they can afford. Fees are based on the time it will take me to gather information, prepare, review and finalize the work.
I ask for 50% of the fee prior to beginning any work and the balance when I provide you with a draft for review. Fees are determined and agreed upon once ALL information is received and prior to beginning any work.
